Please make sure that your device is compatible with eSIM and that it is unlocked by the carrier. Note that country-specific restrictions and carrier may apply as follows:

The following devices do not have eSIM capabilities:

iPhone devices from Hong Kong and Macau (except the iPhone 13 mini, iPhone 12 mini, iPhone SE 2020 and iPhone XS).
Only iPad devices with Wi-Fi+Cellular features are supported.
Since not all iPhone models support eSIM service, please make sure you can use this service on your phone before you buy.

Most Samsung devices purchased in South Korea do not support eSIM. Only the Samsung Galaxy Z Flip4 and the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold4 purchased in South Korea are compatible with eSIM.

Until the One UI 4 update is installed, Samsung S21 Series devices (with the exception of FE models) from Canada and the United States may have eSIM functionality. Please contact your carrier or device manufacturer to confirm that your Samsung device has eSIM.

Support for eSIM depends on operators and coverage options. The coverage may be different. Known regions that do not support dual SIM cards: Australia (Telstra and Optus) and Japan (KDDI).
The functions in the live network depend on the operator network and the deployment of related services.
